Eligibility for Refunds
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Only defective or wrong items are eligible for
replacement or refund.
Process
Contact support@alchanelstore.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Our
team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the
original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours before shipment. After shipment, cancellation is not
possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products (limited edition, custom orders, digital items) cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defect or error from our side, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the
customer bears the cost.
